Controlling indoor air quality, a new Veolia service unveiled at Smart City Expo World Congress

The key players in urban innovation gathered in Barcelona in November for the Smart City Expo World Congress. For Veolia's innovation department, it was an opportunity to present Indoor Air Quality Monitoring, a tool already deployed in several hundred buildings around the world.

Air quality is not only a matter of public health, but also of energy consumption and asset management. Veolia teams demonstrated this at Smart City Expo World Congress 2023 with the Indoor Air Quality Monitoring solution. This new tool enables real-time monitoring of air quality data via visualization dashboards and access to expertise for effective action.

450 buildings

9 countries

Hospitals, schools, hotels, museums, offices, shopping and leisure centers... In four months, the tool has been deployed in 450 buildings across nine countries. It is part of Veolia's Hubgrade digital services offering, powered by digital, artificial intelligence and human expertise. It is a new resource offered to cities to tackle climate change and accelerate their ecological transformation.

Organized since 2011, the Smart City Expo World Congress has become the must-attend event for urban innovation.
